My add or remove programs states that I haven’t used it since 10/2005. So that make me think that I don’t need it.
Ignore the Add or Remove Programs info about last use. It’s worthless. And yes you need the ATI Control Panel if you are still using an ATI video card. If you haven’t replaced your ATI card in a long time, then I would leave it in. It does no harm and doesn’t take up that much space.
