We’ve had literally hundreds of requests from people who need help with their computers. Until now we’ve only been able to describe how things are done during our daily posts. Now we have a better way. With our new application you can allow your technicians to log into your machine and fix it for you. On the right hand side of the Fixyourdesktop site, you will see a widget called “CrossLoop”. If you’d like to see what kind of support we provide just click on the green “See profile” button for details. If you’re not sure how to use the “CrossLoop” program or are curious see the “CrossLoop” video on YouTube for more info.

There you can see our menu of what we can do as well as our rates. As much as we’d love to provide this service free of charge, it just is not possible right now. But we’ve kept our rates low to make it easy to get help form a real IT professional.

If you’d like to request help immediately, just click on the white “Contact” envelope button on the “CrossLoop” widget. There you can send us a message asking for help. One of our operators (or me) will be there to help you out. If not, leave a mesage where you can be reached and we will contact you ASAP.

Please remember we only take PayPal at the moment, so if you dont’ have a PayPal account, perhaps it’s time to create one. Thanks again for your patronage.
