If it was factory installed and came with no discs then most likely when booting up computer hitting the F10 button repeatedly will bring you to the reformat option.
Choosing advanced option will allow you to bring the computer back to factory default os.
If not try and download it from somewhere and create a bootable disc. When installing use your key that’s on the sticker that’s pasted somewhere on your computer to install xp.

it has a built in recovery partition
press F10 at start up to get to the recovery partition
